Our fabrics are custom tailored for performance enhancement. For example, our American Compression Collection is made of the most comfortable, yet highly supportive fabrics made. In this case, you'd want to size up. Our yoga collections are made for movement and stretch. In this case, you'd want to size down. You can always refer to our size guide for more information. We also provide complimentary virtual styling sessions and offer size adjustments for free!
