Design Concept and Artistic Process

Designed as a curated collage of complementary elements, the London Bridge print features a painterly London Bridge scene, soft pink hydrangeas, sprays of lavender and yellow mixed flowers, and an elegant cursive “LOVE” rendered in metallic gold.
The artisan first hand-painted the motif in watercolors on paper, capturing the translucent washes and subtle gradients that characterize the medium.

Digitization and Textile Printing

Preserving watercolor’s luminosity required precise digitization. High-resolution scanning and color profiling translate the original paper artwork into a printable digital file while retaining delicate brush edges and tonal variation.
