Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
To keep things easy for everyone, items need to come back the way they arrived: unworn, unwashed, with tags still on and in their original packaging.
Starting a return
Just reach out to us at hello@sportportactive.com and we'll take it from there. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label along with everything you need to know about sending it back.
A quick note: please wait to hear from us before shipping anything our way, as we're unable to accept returns that arrive without a request first.

Damaged or not quite right?
Give your order a once-over as soon as it lands. If anything's defective, damaged, or just not what you ordered, let us know right away and we'll make it right—no hassle.
A couple of exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are final sale, so we're not able to accept those for return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? The quickest way to get exactly what you're after is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
As soon as your return arrives and we've had a look, we'll send you an email to confirm it's approved. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card company may need a little extra time to post it on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since your approval and you still don't see it, reach out to us at hello@sportportactive.com and we'll sort it out.
