  • Side of Eye
  • Under Eye
  • Under Nose
  • Chin
  • Collarbone
  • Under Arm
  • Top of Head
  1. Re-evaluate the intensity: After completing a round of tapping, re-evaluate the intensity of the issue on a scale of 0-10. If the intensity has decreased, move on to the next issue. If it has not decreased, repeat the process with a new reminder phrase.
  2. Repeat the process: Repeat the process with a new issue or continue tapping on the same issue until the intensity has decreased to a comfortable level.
