Ingredients:

- 2 cups almond flour

- 2 tbsp coconut flour

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- ½ tsp ground cloves

- ¼ tsp baking soda

- ¼ tsp salt

- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

- ¼ cup maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Optional: additional almond flour for rolling

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
